Becoming a crew member with Baskin Robbins ice cream is a great part-time job for college students.

Duties:

1. Greet customers
2. Serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other desserts & beverages in a timely manner
3. Ring up all purchases accurately and efficiently
4. Restock ice cream and supplies
5. Clean tables, floors, glass and other areas of the restaurant
6. Show initiative
7. Work together as a team, assisting other team members (including shift leaders, decorators & managers) in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
8. Work under pressure and at a fast pace
9. Show up on time when scheduled
10. Comply with company policies, procedures and rules
11. Must be available to work evenings & weekends
