Seeking a full-time Frontend Web Application Developer to work remotely during US East business hours, who will be responsible for writing and maintaining client-side code for API-driven applications, improving existing code conventions, and collaborating with the technical team on design and architecture. Key responsibilities Reviewing and improving existing code while writing robust, reusable code with tests and documentation Investigating bug reports and creating actionable plans for resolution while managing work tasks efficiently Participating in regular team check-ins and contributing to discussions about design and architecture Required qualifications Professional experience with client-side code for API-driven single-page applications Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and related technologies Experience with legacy technologies such as Backbone and CoffeeScript Ability to independently set up and troubleshoot a local development environment Interest in data collection in humanitarian contexts and a desire to enhance the platform for users
