Firm Advice is conducting a search for a Bankruptcy Associate on behalf of the Richmond, VA office of a boutique business litigation firm. This position is a full time hybrid Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team. Responsibilities Draft bankruptcy motions and other filings. Make court appearances and chair hearings. Prioritize and manage a high volume of files with a great attention to detail and under strict deadlines. Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately. Qualifications Must hold VA bar license and be in good standing. 2+ years’ relevant experience preferred, but recently licensed attorneys with litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience representing banks and mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation experience is a plus. Must be organized and detail oriented, a superior communicator by both oral and written communications, capable of multitasking effectively.
